En pasado
La voz pasiva en pasado se va a comportar igual que la de presente, vas a tener que tomar las mismas consideraciones, la unica diferencia es que en lugar de utilizar am, are, is, usaras was y were. object + was\were+ verb of action in past participle + ( by+ subject) + extra information
Voz activa: The mayor accepted the request.
Voz pasiva: The request was accepted by the mayor.
En futuro
En la voz pasiva en futuro utilizaras el verbo to be como will be : Object+ will be +verb of action in past participle +( by+ Subject) + Extra info
Voz activa: the jury will give their veredict.
Voz pasiva: the veredict will be given by the jury.
En presente perfecto
Object+ have\has been +verb of action in past participle +( by+ Subject) + Extra info
Voz Activa: The police has closed that road since this morning.
Voz Pasiva: that road has been closed by the police since this morning.
